This is a 30 years old Caucasian woman from San Francisco who had previously undergone liposuction of thighs with buttock augmentation in Beverly Hills. She was not happy with her original Brazilian Butt Lift surgery because she did not get the buttock projection and shape that she wanted. She had also developed some skin irregularities around her buttock crease- “banana roles.”She traveled from San Francisco to Los Angeles to consult for BBL with Dr. Sean Younai, who specializes in liposuction and buttock augmentation with fat grafting.
