This is a 45 years old Caucasian woman from Encino who wanted to “fix” her sagging breasts, but did not want to have very large breasts. Her breast lift before and after photos shown here demonstrate how Dr. Sean Younai used a peri-areolar breast lift technique with the use of a small round saline breast implant, in order to give her youthful looking breasts. As seen, breast lift scars are located at the periphery of the areola and therefore can fade and not be noticeable.
