These are before and after Breast Augmentation Pictures of a 35-years-old African American woman from Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to her breast implant placement surgery she was very unhappy with how her breast had changed and become much smaller, lose and shapeless after having 3 pregnancies. She wanted to gain the same fullness and figure she had in her breast prior to her pregnancies. She desired to increase her bra size from a B cup bra to a D cup bra size. She decided to go with 425cc round smooth moderate profile saline Mentor implants. Her implants were place under the pectoral muscle which gave her morenatural looking breast implants, this technique will also benefit her in any future mammogram she may have. After her plastic surgery she has dramatically improved the appearance of her breast, she is very pleased with her final results and feels that going with Dr. Younai was the best decision she had made for herself.
