These are before and after Breast Augmentation Pictures of a 27-Year-old years old Hispanic woman from Culver City, California. She wanted Breast Enlargement Surgery to give her fuller perkier breast with a voluptuous cleavage. Her plastic surgery goal was to go from an A bra cup size to a D bra cup size. She met with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Sean Younai in Encino. During her consultation she explained her desirable breast implant size and results. She underwent Breast Augmentation Surgery with 370 cc round smooth moderate profile saline implants. Her breast implants were placed under the muscle (submuscular implant placement) with a Peri-areola incision. Breast Implants that are placed under the muscle are more natural looking breast implants and show less implant rippling. Her recovery was smooth and she experienced pain, swelling and sensitivity after breast enhancement surgery but it diminished within a few days. She says Dr. Younai did a beautiful job and the staff was very caring and supportive. She loves her new perkier breast and appreciated that her breast are much more full and curvaceous.
