These are before and after Breast implant exchange Surgery pictures of a 27 years old Middle Eastern woman from West Hollywood, California. She previously had Breast Augmentation surgery several years ago in Beverly Hills. She was dissatisfied with the shape and size of her Breast implants and she wanted to have a bigger bust and be able to wear low cut blouses. She wanted to enhance her Breast from a B cup bra size to C cup bra size. She interviewed several plastic Surgeons in the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills Area. But she was most comfortable with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Younai and felt he was very honest, kind and professional. She underwent Breast Implant Exchange, Augmentation a Peri- Areola Incision. She selected to go with 350cc round smooth moderate profile, saline implants. One of the benefits of having saline implants is that the surgeon has room to either increase or decrease thevolume of the breast implant during surgery which can improve the breast augmentation results. Her recovery was fantastic, she felt a slight swelling and sensitivity after breast enhancement surgery but she was able to return back to normal duty after a few days. She felt Dr. Younai and his staff made her feel comfortable and made the whole procedure very easy to experience. She feels so much more confident wearing low cut tops and loves are breast Augmentation outcome.
