These are before and after Breast Augmentation pictures of a 28 year old Hispanic woman from Riverside, California. Before breast augmentation surgery she was always self conscious of being flat chest. She did not fill her tops well. Therefore, at the age of 28 she finally decided to have breast enlargement surgery.She wanted to have a fuller breast size and voluptuous cleavage.During her consultation with board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Sean Younai, she tried on different size breast implants and made the decision to go up to a small D cup bra size. A few weeks after her breast augmentation consultation she underwent a breast enlargement surgery with 420 cc round smooth Mentor saline breast implants.Her breast implants were placed under the chest muscle (sub-muscular) with an areola incision.The benefit implants that are placed under the muscle have the lowest risk of rippling, capsular contracture, and easier mammogram readings. Her recovery from breast augmentation was pretty smooth and she returned back to work about 4 days after breast implant surgery. She is ecstatic about her breast augmentation results and says it has the best decision she’s ever. She was very happy with her experience especially with the surgery center staff and the surgery coordinator for following up with her after surgery and during her breast augmentation recovery to make sure that she was ok. She felt that the staff took excellent care of her before and after her breast augmentation procedure.
