Before and after Plastic Surgery Pictures of a 45 years old Caucasian woman who had previously undergone a breast augmentation and lift. After weight loss she had developed further sagging and deformity of her breasts. In addition she had developed severe capsular contracture or hardening of her breast implants. She underwent Revision Augmentopexy or Breast Lift with Breast Implant Exchange, and Capsulectomy, using Saline breast implants via an Inverted-T or Anchor incision. The size of her areola was reduced to a normal size. Please look at the close-up pictures of the Breast Capsule scars which were removed.Patient went from size C-D cup breasts to C-D. She likes getting a proportional figure with youthful and fuller breasts which have a nice cleavage.
