Before and after nose surgery pictures of a 23 year old Hispanic woman from Los Angeles shows reduction of the nasal hump, raising of the nasal tip, and refinement of the length of the nose. During her consultation with Dr. Younai she mentioned to him that she was unhappy with having a “hook noses” which was too large and wide. At that point Dr. Younai explained to her options for rhinoplasty, including different techniques for nose surgery. Dr. Sean Younai who is a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in nose surgery performed a close rhinoplasty for her under general anesthesia when she was completely asleep and comfortable.This young Hispanic woman says that her nose surgery made her face look “slimmer and more sophisticated.” She says that she no longer feels conscious of her nose when she meets and interacts with people. Finally, she says that looking at her before and after rhinoplasty pictures makes her wish that she had done her nose surgery sooner!
